Enreach Solutions receives strategic investment from Agile Content thus cementing a Latin American partnership

Enreach Solutions and Agile Content have signed a strategic partnership agreement in order to develop an integrated offering to their respective client bases. As part of this agreement, Agile Content will acquire a minority stake in Enreach Solutions. This initiative is part of a common strategy of both companies to revolutionize the way publishers monetize content and audiences.

The investment will cement the two tech providers’ relationship; the two have been working together for the past 6 months in Latin America and have now created a Joint Venture to drive this relationship forward.

Together, Enreach Solutions and Agile Content have already won five big publishing clients across the region. These include El Universal, Mexico’s largest daily newspaper and one of the most influential papers in Latin America; Grupo El Comercio, the largest media group in Peru and owners of El Comercio, another leading newspaper within the region, and Grupo Expansion, which is among the largest broadcasters in Mexico.

Enreach Solutions and Agile Content will continue to collaborate and strengthen their partnership in the Latin American market by opening three new offices in Miami, Mexico City, and Sao Paulo.

Enreach Solutions will benefit from exposure to Agile Content’s existing large portfolio of clients. Agile Content will be able to use Enreach’s DMP and workflow solution along with the newly launched Audiences Guaranteed™ programmatic direct service, to deepen its position and differentiate its offering within the Latin American market.
