Enreach Solutions and Agile Content have signed a strategic partnership agreement in order to develop an integrated offering to their respective client bases. As part of this agreement, Agile Content will acquire a minority stake in Enreach Solutions. This initiative is part of a common strategy of both companies to revolutionize the way publishers monetize content and audiences.
The investment will cement the two tech providers’ relationship; the two have been working together for the past 6 months in Latin America and have now created a Joint Venture to drive this relationship forward.
Together, Enreach Solutions and Agile Content have already won five big publishing clients across the region. These include El Universal, Mexico’s largest daily newspaper and one of the most influential papers in Latin America; Grupo El Comercio, the largest media group in Peru and owners of El Comercio, another leading newspaper within the region, and Grupo Expansion, which is among the largest broadcasters in Mexico.
Enreach Solutions and Agile Content will continue to collaborate and strengthen their partnership in the Latin American market by opening three new offices in Miami, Mexico City, and Sao Paulo.
Enreach Solutions will benefit from exposure to Agile Content’s existing large portfolio of clients. Agile Content will be able to use Enreach’s DMP and workflow solution along with the newly launched Audiences Guaranteed™ programmatic direct service, to deepen its position and differentiate its offering within the Latin American market.
The CEO of Enreach Solutions Kimmo Kiviluoto said: “We are delighted to partner with Agile Content. There is a good synergy between our two companies. We both share the same vision of putting the needs of premium publishers first. In the last six months we’ve collectively won several new publishing clients, many of which are leaders within their markets. We look forward to further collaborative success in the future.”
Agile Content, with a presence in the main countries of Latin America, works with global publishers, broadcasters and telecoms businesses to help them provide relevant digital content, and to monetize their online assets thus boosting their revenues. They provide a suite of data-driven-publishing technologies for content-related business, transforming traditional content into personalized multimedia experiences.
The CEO of Agile Content Hernan Scapusio said: “We wanted to invest in Enreach’s technology to help media businesses become more effective in making money. We’ve found, working in content management and alongside content owners, that publisher’s problems are not in the newsrooms but more in the monetization of their audiences. They need to know their readers as individuals in order to serve them better. We believe joining forces with Enreach will make our media clients’ digital advertising offerings much stronger.”
The recently appointed head of the Joint Venture between Agile and Enreach Guillermo Diaz de Leon, who in the last 20 years has worked with most of the major publishers in Latin America, said: "Publishers in Latin America are witnessing a decline in their print and linear TV businesses, and are now paying serious attention to digital businesses. The new partnership between Enreach Solutions and Agile Content will enable these media companies to use world-class audience management tools to increase their revenues."
